Players at or near the end of the map have access to a special event called the Star Tournament. They can play it, and the levels they pass in that event will count towards All Stars, but they will not be reflected on their player cards.

A login streak of 1 means that the player did not open the game the day before entering this round, not that they only played one day out of seven. But even so, it would still be possible.

In that video, Suzy Fuller started her winning attempt using the lucky candy booster. It's the only way to pass in 22 moves. To obtain this booster, you can use the Season Pass (if you still have the old version that can be completed by replaying old levels).
