Pyramid Solitaire Saga doesn't even show up for me in the Amazon store, where are you trying to download it from? If you get an incompatible message generally there's nothing you can really do as you can't upgrade the specs on mobile and tablet like you can on a PC.

Complaining vaguely about difficult levels isn't really feedback, might be worth elaborating a little further as feedback has been picked up here by moderators so I would suggest giving it about specific levels.

If you play on mobile or tablet then there's a chance you can lose progress as it works offline and syncs to a server, if anything happens to the data before syncing then there's a chance it can be lost. When in doubt, it's best to check the Wiki page: http://candycrush.wikia.com/wiki/Level_1961 It's confirmed at 20 moves now so it must of recently been tweaked so any older videos won't yet reflect the change.

If it's logging in then it is finding it your old account, it's just not loading from where you though you were at. It's possible you synced and merged the progress by accident. The best way to check is by going onto Facebook and loading the game directly from there from each account. That way you'll know for sure where…
