It seems since last update I am having a lot of problems. Ongoing starting at level 650 or so. Whenever I use a striped candy, the game aborts. Whenever I try to use the "contact us", the game aborts. No issues on a PC.
There's no correlation if one works and not the other, they are completely different platforms that operate differently. Might be an idea to check how much free memory you've got left on your mobile.
Having issues after updating an app isn't uncommon and can generally be resolved in most cases by reinstalling the app from fresh, as long as you've connected your game to Facebook or Kingdom then you won't lose your progress.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
