  • When you connect your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress and gold bars are saved and can be loaded onto another device by reconnecting to that same account.

  • Try this out, go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again. When you hit connect in the game it should just automatically sign you in.

  • If you play in Facebook on a desktop then your progress should be automatically stored to it. Try logging out of your account, log back in and try load the game again.

  • If you connected to Facebook or Kingdom, your progress should be saved and can be loaded back into the game once you've reinstalled by reconnecting to it again in the game. The only thing is you will lose any messages and boosters in the process but at least you'll have your progress and gold bars. Before you do that…

  • I've had that, if it gets stuck there again just disconnect from Facebook, force close the game, reopen and reconnect to Facebook again. The treasure chest should open and let you move on then.
