Requesting for daily quests

My sister and I started playing candy crush soda saga together yet she got daily quests plus all other boosters but I don't

She has now stopped playing where as I am addicted to the game and really wishing to get the daily quests together with bubble gum challenge and other boosters.

Also currently I am unable to move forward. Need boosters.

As it doesn't appear to have been released to everyone, I'd say the the quest feature is being tested out so maybe give that one some more time (this is how bubblegum hill started out). Bubblegum eventually became available for everyone so you should have access to it. If you don't have it then you may want to check your connection to Facebook or Kingdom in your game.
