I play Candy Crush soda on facebook desktop site and also on mobile devices. I am on 228 but the desktop level has been reset back to level 1. How do I sort ?
If you play in Facebook on a desktop then your progress should be automatically stored to it. Try logging out of your account, log back in and try load the game again.
