I agree - it’s more difficult than it used to be! Most of us only contact Support AFTER we’ve done the troubleshooting 😉 Good luck. I haven’t heard back from them for a while - hopefully they’ll locate the issue. 🤞

did you try “contact us” below this page? I cannot remember the sequence and it took a little while but I eventually was able to contact them.

it seems many players are having similar issues - stuck on 9310. Support have tried twice to manually fix the issue for me. No luck so far 😢🤞

I have just noticed I now have this issue. I am unable to complete the quest tile requiring to win the next level. I followed the troubleshooting tips and turned my phone off and on. I still am stuck on 9310 😳

You should have more players in your envelope. there are links in posts here, and maybe at the top of the “support” tab, for troubleshooting. If that doesn’t help, you will need to contact “support” via the link below this page. Good luck.

no I am not having issues; I have NEVER seen videos for extra lives. Yes I have the tower game issue but prefer to ignore it. I fear if they try to fix it there will be a worse issue. This game is VERY annoying. There’s no support for regular players - only game blockers and bots sending requests for lives are supported.

We have no friends in this game. Unfortunately the game developers do nothing about this issue. They support players who use bots to send out ridiculous amounts of requests for lives.

would help to know your level. 9166, 7308, 7288, 7203 are some. I usually play 9046 or 7513, which have green and pink on all games.
