Can't take in any lives since new update, whats happening?

Bug on level 3001
Hi, Level 3001 requires freeing of 75 owls, but only 74 are in the level (I have cleared everything 3 times). This is happening on my Andriod device. Anyone else seen?

Play-button on BW3 is not responding.
Hi, I play BW3 on the laptop windows 10, via FB. The game loades (King picture), then comes the page with the play-button. The page is not really freezing, because the sparkles do sparkle, but when I click the play button, I can see it pushed in and out, but further no reaction at all. Can anyone help please?

Why doesn't BWS3 let me use my gold bars?

Game Sounds and Hats
My sound (not music) keeps going off if I interrupt it in anyway (like answering a text or leaving the game for any reason). I have to force close and reopen. Also, hats keep reverting back one. I am a daily player. Several times a day. My game and iOS is up to date, I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Wise tree reward
When I woke up the tree, before I tapped the gift, the game crashed. When I login back to the game, I didn’t receive the reward. What can I do?

Wilbur quest
I am stuck on the Wilbur level 10 in the game. I keep getting a pop up stating I’ve won 10 Gold bars, but that screen will not clear so I cannot play this level. I’ve even deleted and re downloaded from App Store.
