Hi there, I deleted the app as a white screen appeared that I couldn’t get rid of and have lost all my progress back to level 1. Doesn’t look like I was logged in to Facebook or had a King account so was probably playing as a guest but I was so far into the game and absolutely gutted 😞 any way to get it back that anyone…
I ignore it, but this notification pops up almost after every played level. 🤔
Opening the game the screen went white. Shut down lap top; rebooted. Deleted app. Went to App Store—-game will open but not able to get it on desktop.

I don’t recommend anyone spend money on these games anymore. Just reading peoples comments show how often we spend money and then the game glitches poof it’s gone 🤪
Hello, There is an issue which has been happening more often with the ‘Wake up the tree’ event not loading properly and has missing icons on the tiles. You cannot exit out of it when it happens causing you to force quit the game.
