In Bubble witch 3 saga ,How do I send and receive help for friends?

When I receive the screen "Ask for help" it is always "0". There is no tab to send help to my friends.

Hi Jeff!

Sounds like there's an issue with the connection from your game to Facebook.

Try the steps shown on this thread:

Once you have the connection back you should be able to send and receive help without any issues.

Jeff, the screen does often have a O when you first look at it. The lives usually appear after you have asked for more lives, or answered some requests. This video shows how it works at the moment (as the game is new this may change) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zeHPolBO2zc
