Why do i keep loosing my boosters?

Hello Leo,

I'm sad to say that i have just opened the treasure box,it gave me a magic beam and it has disappeared again!!

As i can see this problem has been going on for days and for other users too!! Please help us because there is no point getting our trees ,house and other stuff upgraded if we keep loosing our bonuses and in the end there will be no point playing this game regardless of how good it is.
