I have not received the last 3 boosters when I revamped my home place Whats up?

Not receiving boosters  is there a solution or not? I am missing the last 3 from when I revamped my home place.

So am I going to get the boosters owed me?  Will definatley not be putting any money into this game after seeing all the complaints and no satisfactory type answers...
