im trying to upgrade items for my house but it won't upgrade yet takes away my pixie dusts.

I have tried upgrading my house several times but it just goes back to where I was. i have lost 12000 fairy dust trying to upgrade.

This has happened to me I've lost so much fairy dust mine is still not resolved I understand your frustration

I've just been told a new update will be available in a couple of weeks which will fix this issue.
