When I load the game the postal owl isn't appearing and I know people have asked me to send them lives. This has been happening for about 5 days. What can I do?

I play on a PC through Facebook and I can see next to the newsfeed on the left of the screen that I have been sent requests.
There are some things you can try but depends what you play on, are you playing on a PC through FB I take it?
