Bubble Witch 3 freezing as soon as opened

I play BW3 on my iPhone and the last week or so every time I've opened the game it freezes. Doesn't even load the levels but shows a blank game progression, the time clock for lives is frozen, none of the buttons work. I've shut down my phone and that didn't work. I'm nervous to reload the game because I don't know how to back up online
