What is the issue with the game restarting itself and errors?

I absolutely love playing this game, but it gets so frustrating when I am almost done with a level and BAM! the game restarts or brings up an error box. Not only do I lose the result of the game (many of which I could have beat) but I also lose my life in the process... Please fix this.Thanks

I am still having issues... I am on level 319, just about to burst through the leaf at the top to break through the clouds to help the ghost get through... I aim, clicked to shoot and BAM!!!!! Another wasted special ability down the drain. I am really getting tired of spending money on this game (which I do often) just to have my abilities wasted due to tech problems... Will you please fix this issue. It has been going on for way to long. I would greatly appreciate it. I will not spend another dime on your games until this is fixed. I may stop playing completely... Do you know how frustrating it is to have to repeat levels that you have completed or could have completed due to crashing, freezing, or restarting? VERY FRUSTRATING!
