Lost Lives

I'm on level 203, and I had full lives. Played one round, failed, went to retry, and it said I was out of lives. And I noticed earlier today, that when I went to play with one life (and I had about 15 minutes until the next one), when I would fail, it would reset the life clock back to 25 minutes, instead of continuing from where it was at.
