Lost place in BubbleWitch3

I have been experiencing some problems with my BubbleWitch3 I have ended up back at the beginning due to an issue with Facebook can you please help

Hi, I have lost my place in BubbleWitch 3 - I was requested to save the game but ended back at the beginning. Can you please advise what my next steps to regain my placing in the game.

I loved back in threw Facebook and it retrieved my place back to were i was . That's great

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
