I lost my progress on BubbleWitch3 and I want it back please I need help. Been playing it for months now and I can't imagine starting all over

Following an update on 27 Feb I no longer get the option to use good bars to buy extra bubbles
n Leo's Cup, instead of increasing, the score decreases every time you pass a level. I have reported the problem several times but have not received any response.
