Fairies

I visit friends, see fairies and cannot collect? I move cursor over them tap and it doesnt work. I rebooted, cleaned cookies please look into it thank you.

I have this as well. I noticed that for the higher ranked friends fairy. ..when 2 of them come together, i cannot tap and collect star dust. If i tap them individually and continuously i can tap on the fairies. The lower rank players i can tap on a combined 2 farries combo. Not sure if this helps.
