Bubble Witch Saga 3 How to get star cats?

I am at level 205 and still have not received star cats. When I send in the question I just get a generic computer generated response to ask other players. They do not know either. Please let me know how to get the cats at higher level.

This did not help "To be able to enjoy their company you have to be above level 51 and having made improvements in Stella’s home. Every time you improve an area of the house, you will fill the bar displayed bellow. You need to complete it from 2 to 5 times in order to get the cats. " I am way past level 51, I am at 205 and I have filled the bar way more than 5 times, more like 10-12 times and still no cats.Is there anyone else that might know?
