Trick or treat in game

The in game just vanished for the second time! The first time I was on box three of five. Game vanished and reset so I restarted. This time I was on box four of five and it's just gone even though yesterday it said it had two days left. It's just so irritating! Why did it so that twice and is it going to come back ?

Not always all challenges and offers will be available for all our players in all our games.

This can occur since most challenges, offers and new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analyze the impact.

The opposite can also happen and some challenges, offers or features might get deactivated after some time.

I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges, offers and gaming elements in the future.

My issue is I did get the game.. i mean, it was announced on the website so I assumed it was available to everyone for Halloween. My issue isn't with me loosing the game per say.. it's with me literally playing it all day, getting four boxes "won" and not being able to open them until after I win the fifth but never being able to win the fifth because the game would disappear and reset before then. Why take it away and then give it back on multiple occasions? That just seems rude. Or at least let me open my treasure box when I earn it instead of waiting to earn all five so when I earn 2 - 4 I loose them because I can't claim them. I don't seen how this improves the game to keep giving something to your players and taking it away. It's clearly an issue because I've seen several other people have the same problem.
