I thought it was just me and found out that a lot of people have lost all theirs too. We all earned those power ups (and I had quite a few) and they need to address this situation for it is definitely a turn-off when it comes to playing the game.
Following an update on 27 Feb I no longer get the option to use good bars to buy extra bubbles
