Why is it that every time I click on "play on", it pops up "no connection" & I have to start over??

I'm on Level 276 & every time I get close to the end, I click "play on" & it immediately goes to "no connection"?!  I have not had that problem before on any of the times I've done it.  I'm not going to be able to go past this level if this is not corrected.  I know I've already spent more money than I should have on this game, but I enjoy playing.  Please correct this problem.  Thank you.
