Playing the new bubble witch game for the 2 days. My ENTIRE GAME IS GONE???

Playing the new game on BW3 for the 2 days. Got up to level 20ish and exiting and saved per your instructions. Lost my entire game????? Can you please assist me in locating.

Left one message very early this morning. I have already began another session from the start this morning around 5. What happened when I saved my game???
