Do any of the questions here get answered? Seems like a lot of players like myself are asking the same questions like, why have we lost boosters, no cave or library, for some the game won't load and no one from King helps!  What does it take to get any help? I asked a question last week, a player replied and it got marked Solved, so I asked again but it just goes ignored.

Hi, 

I am so sorry for the delay in the response. There was a shuffle around but King are making an effort to try to get as many questions as possible answered. It also was a player led forum with the idea other players could help, but that doesn't always work.
