Trick or Treat Squad Challange defect

Hi, I played a special event called Trick or Treat Squad 2-3 weeks ago. I concluded the challenge with 4 trickies open but now the challenge is stuck. Every time I start the game a pop-up appears saying "Collect candies for the Trikies" and when I click on the "Go" button I am transferred to a screen where 'trickies' are jumping up and down and nothing else happens. There are no interactive items on that screen and only the button that brings me back into the game seems to do anything. Further more, when I try to access the challenge through the "Adventures" list by clicking on its "Go" button, nothing happens. Restarts and Updates of the game do not fix the problem. 

Environment: Samsung Galaxy S8plus with Android 7.0

Hi Vik4eto, I had this happen too, but just once after the event.  Is the problem still occuring?

Yes, it still hasn't been resolved. I can't figure out a way to close this challange. Did you manage to resolve your issue?

Mine just popped up once after the event then went.  I will pass your question onto the King Care team and they can look into this for you.
