Trouble loading BW3

For those that are having trouble loading, did you try playing on gameroom?  All was going great until I tried to install gameroom and play there.  I started having trouble so I uninstalled gameroom... still had problem so uninstalled and reinstalled BW3... still having problems.  I'm wondering if the issue was caused by installing the gameroom.  I'm getting pretty fed up cause I've been fighting this issue for a couple weeks now!

    Yes.... some days it will load after a couple tries, other days it won't.  I play it through FB and not on gameroom.
