Black Screen on Blue Stacks 3 when trying to play Bubble Witch 3

Bubble Witch 3 stopped opening with my shortcut on my laptop using Blue Stacks after it updated. I uninstalled blue stacks and reinstalled it, then installed bubble witch again. Now when I click on play, it opens in full screen for just a few seconds then turns into a tiny box on a large black screen. I uninstalled Blue Stacks one more time and reinstalled it and Bubble Witch, but no change. I'm very upset because I was on level 361 when it decided to update and crash. Now I'm starting all over (if I can work this out). Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Laanita- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you are experiencing a problem with your game, unfortunately we do not support Blue Stacks so we cannot offer any troubleshooting steps. 

I know a lot of our players do chose to play on Blue Stacks, can someone in the community offer some tips?

Hello Laanita,

I use bluestacks on a Mac so it's a different version, and mine is ok.

But I have a friend who also uses bluestacks on windows and had similar problems, I'll see if I can find out if/how she got it working again.
