Lost progress after creating a King account and connecting it

Hi, I have lost all my progress after creating a King account and connecting it. I bought a new phone and wanted to transfer my game in the same progress to my new phone. Please help, second time this happened last time it happened I had to play from level 1. I was around 350ish or 400. I can’t remember as I was playing offline.
