How do i receive my lives back43 of them and gifts that open and i did m ot get

How do i receivemy lives and treasure chest gifts back.  I had over43 extra lives and the gift cutest open but nothing was coming out of them.  Please respond as for my lives i had43 extra three it went to18 after that i had1 left

Unfortunately since lives and boosters are saved only locally in your device, we cannot guarantee that you can keep them indefinitely. They can get lost due to updating, reinstalling or restarting the device.

We warmly recommend using your free items as you go so you get the most use out of them. 

If you had lost any purchased items contact the Customer Care through the game app's in-game settings at the left bottom corner.
