You're having trouble with your Windows 10 game app?
Here are steps that fix most of your Windows 10 app issues:
Check if you have updates for the app: http://www.windowscentral.com/windows-10-check-app-updates
If the game still is not working, as a last resort, try re-installing the game, it usually fixes most issues.
However please note that any progress on the app that has not been synchronized with Facebook or Kingdom at this stage will be lost. Once you reconnect to Facebook/ Kingdom, all game progress and Gold Bars will be restored. Boosters and lives however tend to disappear in this process.
