Some reason last Sparkling Blast and my stero bolt both have disappered this was not first time

I had a sparking blast and a stereo bolt and they just disappered before I could use them and this has not been the first time this has happened why is this?

These steps you gave I have done and they have not worked still losing my things I am playing on the game room which is through chrome. everything is cleaned out and up to date
