Bubble Witch 3 hungs when online in a Teclast X98 Air 3G.

The app stops after being loaded only if the WIFI internet connection is on. 

If the WIFI is disabled, thus there is not internet available,  it works fine. So, offline OK, online KO.

The app has worked online during the last 2 years. The problem started 2-3 weeks ago.

The tablet has 2G RAM 64 GB FLASH and it runs ANDROID 5.0

Is there any incompatibility?

Hi Joan, 

Thanks for all the info! It seems like its a wifi problem then as you have identified when its happening. Just out of interest, can you tether it to a mobile phone connection and if so, does it still have issues?

Have you tried the really irritating trouble shooting I am about to give you? (I say irritating because there is a good chance you have already tried. 

Disconnect your wifi on your tablet. 

Turn your broadband wifi router off and leave it for 30 minutes. 

Reboot your tablet. 

When your router has reloaded, turn your tablet wifi back on and connect to your home wifi. 

Reload the game and see if the issue persists. 

Sometimes it helps to uninstall the game, reboot, reinstall but you will lose any saved boosters as they are saved in your device memory not the game itself. The good point about that is though, it often does solve the issue. 

If none of this works, can you come back and let me know and I will escalate it to the King care team as a possible issue.
