Upgrades

Hi. I've sent a message earlier today. I was ahead of my husband in upgrading my bean stalk. He then received new upgrades and I still receive the message saying new upgrades coming soon. He s now way ahead of me. I have almost 55 000 fairy dust and cannot do anything with it regarding upgrades. Please assist.

Unfortunately they like to  run a lot of tests that are not available to everyone at the same time. 

I have a link here that explains what and why it happens.

I understand your frustration here, I play Paradise Bay with my husband, and we often get testing features at a different time. Its lots of grumbling when its me, and "ah well its about time" when its him. So not quite sure if I prefer to have them first or not lol.

Are you playing on a device? If so, check for updates in the app store

Thanks for your help.

I'm playing on my phone and have downloaded the latest update. I even tried to  uninstall and reinstall the game hoping that may help but no luck there either. I now have almost 65000 fairy dust. I hope I'll get to use some soon.

In the meantime I'm sure my husband is enjoying being in the lead ... for now!

Haha I think that is a great idea! I have heard the games also been quite problematic, so I am waiting to see what I can hear back, then will update

Hi Karen, 

So I asked Cez who is going to go back to the studio as yes its a test. Some people can see more than others as there are different variations of tests and they have to keep a percentage that aren't in a test for data stability. So not one test but many. 

BUT the coming soon thing on people that are in the control groups (so possibly you) seems to be an issue. And you shouldn't be seeing it. 

So I think the upshot of it is, she is going to find out exactly what she can and get back to you. So you defo need those treats now to ease the pain

I am sorry there is little that we can do regarding which test group you are in, but I have added a little something to your game as a gesture of goodwill :-)
