I have not got any update or pop up that while purchase it would be automatically billed to my credit card account. I have been charged high without any intimation or message for confirmation to credit

Games do not automatically take money from your account unless you purchase something. It could be that you are clicking on something without actually realising it. I would suggest that you change your payment settings to either delete payment information or use a password to confirm.
