Sound disappears BWS 3

Sometimes when I’m in game and I have to close my iPad for a couple min, then I open it back up to resume my game, which is still in progress by the way, the sound is gone. Once I either complete or fail the level, it comes back. Sometimes I’ve had another window open and it’s happened and so I go and close that window thinking that my iOS is prioritizing sound to the other window. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Not sure if this is just a glitch with the game or between platforms.
I don’t really need an answer as this is just annoying and doesn’t interfere with my game in progress. It’s more just for the technical team to know and fix, if possible

I get this from time to time with other games, I assumed it could be my tablet, but mine is android.
The team might already be aware of it, but I will pass this on just in case they are not.
