as the OP says, have you tried logging into Facebook or the Kingdom? If you're not sure how to do that, I have a link

If you were not previously registered with either, please let me know and I will escalate this to one of the King care team.

If you're using the app, log back into Facebook or your King account. It will bring up all your past levels, where you left off. If that doesn't work I'd contact King customer service for more help. Hope this helps!!
