Only receiving 5 bubbles instead of 10.

I haven't ever paid any attention to how many bubbles I get for 99 cents.  It's supposed to be 10 & watching now - it only ever gives me 5.  I have spent a lot of money on 5 bubbles when 10  would have finished the level.  I would appreciate it if you would look into this.  Perhaps some reimbursement would be called for. Thank you.
