Not receiving rewards in Bubblegum Hill.

I play Bubblegum Hill every time it comes up. During the last two challenges, I won at least once each time, but never received my awards. Is something broken? This is the only device I play from, so it shouldn't be a sync issue. Please help. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I haven't tried troubleshooting yet. I was on game version 1.111.4, but saw there was an update, so I just updated and am now on 1.111.9. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8+ running Android 8.0.0 and over 32Gb of free space available. Hopefully that's enough information but if you need anything else, please let me know. Thanks.
