Q how to restore lost progress

Hi my wife has lost her progress (level 303) on Bubblewitch3, does anybody know a way to easily restore it please? Thanks.

Good evening Dawn, thank you for posting on King care.
Was she connected to either the Kingdom or Facebook? In which case she would just need to log in.

If she wasn't, come back and let me know and we will escalate it to a moderator.
Is this account your own or your wifes? As if its hers, she would need to post on her own account due to data protection reasons (really silly I know)
