Lost progress

I have previously requested help in possible reinstating my progress which I lost nearly a week ago, could care King please advise if they can help, I had reached level 303, it was mentioned on a previous thread, but I have heard nothing since, please please advise.

Hi Dawn,
Did you see the response to your previous post? (top right click the number by your name) Are you logging in with a Facebook or king account? If so your progress is saved on the servers. Try logging out and back in:
For Facebook:
First let's make sure that your Facebook account is correctly disconnected from the game. To do this open the game, go to the Settings menu in the bottom left-hand corner of the opening screen, now find the option to select 'Log Out.'
Next, if you have the Facebook app installed on your device please also make sure that the correct Facebook account is signed in.
Now force close all apps and turn off your device.
Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.
Now reopen and reconnect the game to your Facebook account via the blue 'Connect" button and check your level

Hi, My husband had previously tried this on several occasions, with out success, l am not sure I had ever backed the game up or registered it on Facebook, it was whist trying to cync with Facebook that I lost my progress. You mention reconnecting using the "blue connect button" there is no blue connect button, only a play button? Thanks.

Hi Dawn, if there is no blue button it means you are logged in. Try Logging out with the spoke at the bottom left while following the instructions... If you actually log into Facebook on a computer and try to play there does it show the correct level?
