I have tried everything to regain my progress to level 199 and it keeps telling me that there is no internet service yet I am using my internet service so it doesn't let me log out to log back in what do I do to get back to level 199

Hi Connie, welcome to King care. Could you tell me which device/OS you are using please. We need to do some basic troubleshooting to start with and then we can take it from there
