Why don't I have sound?

Why do I not have sound on my game? I have looked at my settings in the game and they are on. I didn't turn them off. Was playing the game last Thursday 5-3-2018 when all of a sudden it stopped working. Thought it would start the next day, so far until this point nothing. It just isn't the same without some kind of sound.

I love the sound in our games and think it makes the whole experience so much nicer, so I understand and I’m sorry for the inconvenience ! It should be resolved now, but note, that this was caused by some updates from Google Chrome.
I hope it is now working again and that you can treat your ears while playing, but if not, you can find out how to fix it by updating your FB settings on our post, here :-)
Other members mentioned that this quick fix works. > Type this into your address bar
chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy
On the highlighted option choose no user gesture is required and restart your browser.
