Why do I keep loosing my boosters? This has happened 3 times now. Please help!

Boosters disappear. It's like the game resets itself somehow when I first load the game. Cause it goes through and tells me things about the game that I already know. Then almost everytime it does that I loose my boosters.

It seems that you are losing your progress because you haven't connected your game to a Facebook nor King Account. To connect to either FB or King.com, click on the Gear/wheel icon from the game and follow the instruction. This will register an account/link to your FB account and all your progress and boosters will be kept ;-)

Hi Mia, I am registered to the King account, and I play off of Facebook. When it kinda resets I don't loose my progress I just loose my boosters. I did go to the gear icon on the game and the only one that I saw only had home, volume and music buttons. Maybe I'm not seeing the one you're talking about.
