lost my progress after login

I was asked to log in on my tablet after Playing on the computer and all my progress on the magic cats is gone. One had 9 bubbles and another 8 after using the magic potions. The "money" is gone but so is the progress in the potions. Not funny. Playing on different device is definitely not recommeded help please?

Don't worry, we will be able to reset your progress for you :-)
You can find tips on how to get your progress back HERE!
If after reading the blog post you still need help, please do it through HERE and make sure to select "Gameplay/Progress" and then "I have lost my progress".
