Why did my Star Cats disappear?

I've been playing for several months now and had 4 star cats... suddenly, after I accepted King's new Terms of Service, they disappeared. They have re-appeared twice, but only the first of those times was I able to use them. The second time, they appeared at the "house," but were not available for game play. Then they disappeared again when I went back to look at the house. I'm using the actual computer game on my touch-enabled PC almost all of the time and I connect via Facebook. I have also tried the Facebook game app while troubleshooting this issue, but still--no Star Cats. I miss my Star Cats Please help.

I'm not sure you saw the update on the main thread, but there's no a workaround to activate the Cats - See comments from other players below:

Mobile

Desktop

Here is how I "fixed" the cats and now I have been able to access them:

1) Opened BW3 Saga on Windows 10 and clicked the "Connect" to connect to facebook account so progress is saved to facebook. Then, once the map loaded, and without playing the game, closed the app on Windows 10.

2) Using Google Chrome, went to BW3 Saga on facebook (I googled this to find the version that is on facebook)

3) Logged into Facebook

4) Opened up game, and sure enough, it showed the level I was frozen on

5) Activated the cat on the facebook page

6) Exited facebook

7) Went back to Windows 10 app

8) Cats are now activated!

Hi Amanda, the star cats are currently misbehaving themselves.

As you are playing through Facebook it should automatically update itself, so can you try this troubleshooting to see if it helps. Let me know either way!
