Please find an answer it has been going on too long

This is an ongoing issue on my iPad not playing on Facebook.everytime I play a a completion that collects striped candies it stops collecting after a while a few days I had reached eighth the had two really good scores nothing collected reported it not solved now slipped down to at the moment thirteenth j

It happened last time and the time before where I was put down a level even though I had scored well I’m playing on mini 4 iPad ,if I can’t be solved I may as well not play candy crush saga because it’s annoying frustrating and a waste of time and money,not tha I have spent any lately got in bad books with better half getting carried away ,

The counters on the event games are not working properly at the moment. The team is aware of it though so will hopefully be working on it
