Hello! I play on the computer not through social networks. Simply the game is saved to the computer. The game does not want to boot. Either shows the symbol of the company King and closes the window. Which browser are you playing on? Or are you using the Windows App from your laptop/PC?

I would suggest to clear cookies and cache to start with and make sure your browser and device are up to date. That sounds simple but in most of cases, that fixes the issue.
