Lost progress connecting Facebook

Hi there,
I can’t find an exact similar fix for my issue in the forum. I was sitting at level 723 and most of the inside of my house was complete - was up to upgrading the droplets and drums.
I decided to finally protect my levels in case of changing photos and connected Facebook. After doing so I’m still at the same at the same level however have lost the entire inside of my house. The app is also telling me my progress is complete and to ‘come back soon’ for more - ie. to do the inside of my house. All my cats are also gone and I had already completely maxed out the levels there too
Please help - I have no idea what to do or how to fix. I tried disconnecting Facebook and that just resets me to level 1.

Ah no Gill I am so sorry! I know there has been a little issue with the house as that is still in testing, but I am going to give you a link. It has a contact form at the end, you need to email them and explain whats happened and hopefully they can help!
Make sure you select gameplay/lost progress to get through to the correct team
